星野リゾートの星野佳路代表は４日、2024年の注目テーマとして国内観光地の多様化や福井県への新幹線延伸に注目していると、ブルームバーグテレビジョンのインタビューで明らかにした。

  • 国内観光の65％以上の需要を東京、大阪、京都など５つの都道府県で吸収しており、その他の地域への観光が今後の成長のカギを握る
    • 国立公園が外国人向けの新しい観光目的地になる可能性を感じる
  • 円安を背景に外国人観光客はアジア中心から、欧米豪へとシフトしており、長期滞在や複数の観光地を訪れるなど行動パターンに違いがみられる
  • 新幹線が来春福井県へ延伸されることにも注目、東京からアクセスが容易になることで外国人観光客の増加つながる期待も
